1. The location is great. The hotel is in the one fo best mall in the city, infront there is a mall with good and not expensive food court (thrre are a lot types asian cuisine) and close to metro MTR station. Also you can walk to the harbour (it's just only 10 minutes) to look at great views. 2. The room was pretty cosy, beds were good and there was a sofa with a table (comfortable to watch movie)

Very nice location, hotel is part of the mall. Walking distance to the park, shopping district, food district, MTR and Ferry. Good sized rooms to relax. Clean and well maintained rooms.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location... the breakfasts and dinner buffet had plenty of food to choose from. The metro is close by the hotel and you can get yourself over to the islands very quickly. The rooms are large and comfortable with views of the harbor if you ask for it. Had a walking shower and a view...Nice! Harbor City mall is part of the same complex, so shopping is a breeze!

Amazing staffs who were always ready to help as soon as you entered the hotel. First of all, they let us check in way earlier, which gave us extra rest time. The staffs helped us carry our luggage to the room as well. We had lovelies ladies who would service the room nicely for the whole week and always smile at us. One of the staffs even helped me carry all my shopping to the room. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend 100%!!!! Great location too!

The location is so amazing surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and cafes and a park. Its connected to a mall as well. The MTR station is just 6 min walk away. The staff were beyond lovely and helpful. I stayed in Room 1010 The room was nice and clean. Great size and view overlooking the harbor and the skyline of Hong Kong.

we always stay at marco polo gateway when in HK, because our kids grew up in your hotel, so it's like a comfort place when we travel to HK. Special mention to the duty manager who assisted us when my daughter had severe allergies, he had one staff accompany us to the nearest pharmacy and also where the nearest hospital was. and when we got back to the hotel, since we already checked out and was waiting to proceed to the airport, he had us use one room so my daughter can rest for awhile. The concierge was very attentive and helpful, even with our luggages and getting a taxi

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location was at the harbor city mall and the hotel was a quiet retreat from a very hectic Hong Kong. We were dropped off at the wrong Marco Polo hotel by a very unpleasant cab driver. The staff walked us and all our luggage a block in traffic to the correct hotel. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful , and caring.
