Gateway Hotel, Marco Polo

1. The location is great. The hotel is in the one fo best mall in the city, infront there is a mall with good and not expensive food court (thrre are a lot types asian cuisine) and close to metro MTR station. Also you can walk to the harbour (it's just only 10 minutes) to look at great views. 2. The room was pretty cosy, beds were good and there was a sofa with a table (comfortable to watch movie)

Our stay at Gateway Hotel was excellent. The service, location, and overall comfort made it a perfect base for exploring Hong Kong with family. Staff: The staff were attentive, friendly, and very professional. Check-in and concierge service were smooth and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, including easy mall access, in-room dining, and a well-equipped lounge. Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining high hygiene standards. Comfort: The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable for a family. Beds and linens were of great quality. Value: While slightly on the higher side, the overall experience and convenience made it worth the price. Location: Unbeatable location in Tsim Sha Tsui—attached to Harbour City mall, walking distance to the MTR, ferry terminal, and great restaurants.

Great location, easy walk from MTR. The room was spacious! a bit old but well maintained! big & comfy beds, slept so well! I have to say the service tops it all! when I arrived, my phone was on low batt, there were no charging points at the lobby, but the friendly bellboy lent me a powerbank and said I can use it till I check out! they were v helpful with my baggage and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my room to be ready! thank you so much!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location... the breakfasts and dinner buffet had plenty of food to choose from. The metro is close by the hotel and you can get yourself over to the islands very quickly. The rooms are large and comfortable with views of the harbor if you ask for it. Had a walking shower and a view...Nice! Harbor City mall is part of the same complex, so shopping is a breeze!

The location is so amazing surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and cafes and a park. Its connected to a mall as well. The MTR station is just 6 min walk away. The staff were beyond lovely and helpful. I stayed in Room 1010 The room was nice and clean. Great size and view overlooking the harbor and the skyline of Hong Kong.
